Articles of Association & Certificate of Incorporation of the Open Book Collective (OBC) as a Private Limited Company

The OBC is incorporated in the UK as a not-for-profit company (limited by guarantee) and we are in the midst of applying for UK Charity Commission registration. Once the OBC has been formally registered as a charity, it will transition into a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (a CIO), adopting an Association model (instead of a Foundation model), a model for charities that have a wider membership. The OBC has Articles of Association, based on guidance from the UK Charity Commission.
